Intro
With the release of Patch 11.1 next week, Blizzard is introducing several profession-related updates. During the testing phase of “Undermine(d)”, these changes were barely mentioned, so the developers have now compiled them into a dedicated overview.
How the Profession Specialization Reset Works in Patch 11.1
Professions Changes in “Undermine(d)” Patch 11.1
These updates will go live with the release of “Undermine(d)” next week:
Profession Specialization Reset
Starting in Patch 11.1, players will have a one-time opportunity to reset their Dragon Isles profession specialization and another one-time reset for their Khaz Algar profession specialization. When performing a reset, all specialization-based recipes and bonuses will be lost, but all spent Knowledge Points will be refunded.
To reset your specialization, visit one of the following NPCs:
- Darla Fluxy, found outside the Crafting Enclave in Dornogal.
- Siben, located in Valdrakken at the Artisan’s Market near the Jewelcrafting Station.
Enchanted Crests Update
To streamline crafting, Enchanted Crests will no longer be crafted by Enchanters. Instead, they can now be purchased from Enchantment Supply Vendors or from Sienit, located outside the Crafting Enclave in Dornogal.
