Stormstout Brewery Heroic Dungeon Guide (WoD 6.1.2)

1. Introduction

The Stormstout Brewery is a 5-man dungeon in Valley of the Four Winds, Pandaria. The Normal mode is available to players between levels 85-90, while the Heroic mode is for level 90 players. It features three encounters: Ook-Ook, Hoptallus, and Yan-Zhu the Uncasked.

The Stormstout Brewery has been overrun by mischievous creatures, and Chen Stormstout needs your help to reclaim his family’s legendary brewery. Players must fight through a linear dungeon layout, progressing through four zones and encountering three bosses.

This dungeon is available in Normal and Heroic modes. Mechanics remain the same across difficulties, with Heroic mode featuring increased enemy health and damage.

5. Boss Strategies

5.1. Ook-Ook

• Avoid Ground Pound frontal AoE.
• Click Rolling Barrel and run them into Ook-Ook to stack a debuff.
• Going Bananas increases his attack speed and damage at 90%, 60%, and 30% HP.

• Roll 20 barrels into Ook-Ook before defeating him.

5.2. Hoptallus

Gauntlet Event

• Kill Boppers first to collect hammers.
• Use hammers to kill waves of Hoplings and Hoppers.

The Fight

• Avoid Carrot Breath (frontal AoE) by running behind him.
• Move away from Furlwind (spinning AoE damage).
• Use hammers to kill adds quickly.

Achievements
