Most activities and rewards are available to characters level 10+ and do not require an active subscription or the The War Within expansion, though some content is limited to higher-level players. Here’s a brief overview of what awaits players during the event:
- Location: The celebration takes place outside the Caverns of Time in Tanaris, where players can enjoy various festivities, including mini-games, contests, and vendors. There’s also a special XP boost available during the event.
- Currency and Rewards: Players can earn Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens, which can be traded for revamped Tier 2 class transmog sets, cosmetic weapons, and armor inspired by Blizzard’s employee service awards, as well as new and old pets, toys, mounts, and more.
- Achievements: A variety of new achievements, including the meta-achievement “Glorious Twenty Years” with a special mount reward: the Blue Phoenix of Coldfire Storms.
- Timewalking Dungeons: Players can experience Timewalking dungeons from the classic era, earning Timewarped Badges to trade for pets, mounts, and cosmetic weapons.
- Raids: Brave players can tackle the revamped Blackrock Depths raid featuring 8 bosses and 5 mini-bosses, offering gear at current item levels.
