Intro
The Tillers are a faction of farmers in the Valley of the Four Winds on Pandaria. Earning reputation with this faction involves completing quests and daily quests. As you progress, you will be granted a farm with 4 slots to grow vegetables, plants, and trees. This farm can be expanded to a maximum of 16 slots.
By farming with the Tillers, you can produce cooking ingredients and even plant trees that catch crafting materials like Windwool Cloth, Spirit Dust, Ghost Iron Ore, White Trillium Ore, and Black Trillium Ore. One special tree can also catch Motes of Harmony, which can be exchanged for crafting materials.
Farming reputation with the Tillers rewards you with mounts, pets, a tabard, and various vanity items.
1. Overview
1.1 Farmer Yoon
Farmer Yoon is a newcomer in the Valley of the Four Winds. Your reputation grind with the Tillers revolves around helping Farmer Yoon establish his farm, convincing the other Tillers to accept him, and handling all the farm duties.
1.2 Friendship with Tillers
Besides earning reputation with the Tillers faction, you can also increase friendship with individual Tiller NPCs by gifting them their favorite items or completing their quests. There are 10 of them:
Chee Chee, Ella, Farmer Fung, Fish Fellreed, Gina Mudclaw, Haohan Mudclaw, Jogu the Drunk, Old Hillpaw, Sho, Tina Mudclaw.
Reaching Best Friend status with each Tiller provides unique rewards such as farm decorations, pets, and special features for your farm.
1.3 Eligibility
You can obtain your farm at level 85, but the full reputation grind begins at level 90.
