Armor Synthesis Guide – Destiny 2

Table of contents

Intro

The Season of the Splicer has arrived in Destiny 2, bringing with it one of the most anticipated features—Armor Synthesis (a.k.a. Transmogrification).

This system allows you to change the appearance of your armor pieces without affecting their stats, mods, or energy. If you’ve ever found an armor piece with great stats but a questionable look, transmog is the answer!

Ada-1, curator of the Black Armory, has returned to the Tower to introduce this feature. Before you can start customizing your Guardian’s look, you’ll need to complete a short introduction quest. Let’s dive into the Armor Synthesis process step by step.
