Welcome to Onlyfarms.gg, referred to as "The Company" in the following statements. We want to emphasize that we have no connections with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. or any affiliated companies. The copyrights and trademarks of registered names are owned by their respective holders. Titles like World of Warcraft and Warcraft are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., in the U.S. and other countries. All game content on The Website, including graphics, images, and data compilations, is the property of the game publisher or its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright laws.
We make every effort to maintain a malware-free site (free from computer viruses, spyware, etc.). The Company assures that The Website is secure and safe to visit.
While purchasing in-game services for real money goes against the terms and conditions of most online games, the risk of account termination or suspension is minimal but exists. Despite our efforts to prevent such actions, we cannot guarantee immunity. The use of boosting services is entirely at your discretion and risk.
Refund requests are accepted before the delivery of products or services by The Company. Refunds are provided as credit towards future purchases. Cash refunds are only issued if The Company determines that an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason. No refunds will be processed once the product or service has been delivered.
Our services are not to be used as an escrow service. If found using our services in this manner, The Company may withhold funds for up to 24 hours to investigate. After investigation, The Company will decide whether to refund the payment in cash or deliver the products and/or services. The Company bears no responsibility for transactions where the buyer provides receiver information for a person other than themselves.
The Company does not require identity verification; this responsibility falls on third-party payment processors. We actively work to prevent fraudulent activities through third-party payment processors. In case of payment reversal following a completed order, The Company reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from future orders. Information may be shared with authorities and payment processors in the event of a reversed payment.
For any concerns about incomplete deliveries, contact us immediately through Discord or by email at info@onlyfarms.gg. Using PayPal Resolution Centre for virtual goods transactions is prohibited. Buyers forfeit buyer protection for virtual goods/services transactions.
All copyrights and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Company claims no affiliation with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. The compilation of content on this site is the exclusive property of The Company, protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Upon request, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Company and affiliates from liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from a breach of these Terms & Conditions for which you are responsible.
These Terms and Conditions confer no rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties involved. Enforcement of policies, including Supplemental Terms, does not confer rights or remedies upon any person.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of The Company to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver of a provision is effective only if in writing and signed by The Company or The Website.
Purchasing in-game services for real money is against the terms and conditions for most online games. While the risk of disciplinary action is highly improbable, The Company cannot be held accountable if your account faces the consequences and you accept this risk with every purchase.
