Mansion Locations, Prices and Buying Options
All mansions are purchased through the Preluxury Real Estate website. They share an identical interior layout, differing only in exterior landscaping and surroundings.

- Richmond Villa — $12.8M
- Vinewood Mansion — $12.2M
Despite the price differences, the interior is 100% the same in all three locations. You can purchase all three mansions if you want — and many players do.

How Instanced Mansions Work With Other Players
These are the first GTA Online mansions you can enter with no loading screen.
When you approach your gate, you’re loaded into a private version of your mansion grounds:
- driveway
- yard
- interior
Other players in the session cannot see you inside your mansion, even if they stand outside it.
Driveway Vehicle Slots Explained
The driveway displays two vehicles, and the mansion podium displays one. However, these three display slots do not increase your actual storage.
Your garage still caps at 20 vehicles, and moving cars outside simply leaves reserved empty spaces inside.

Inside the management menu, you can:
