Mansion Locations, Prices and Buying Options
All mansions are purchased through the Preluxury Real Estate website. They share an identical interior layout, differing only in exterior landscaping and surroundings.
Available mansions
- Tongva Estate — $11.5M
- Richmond Villa — $12.8M
- Vinewood Mansion — $12.2M
Despite the price differences, the interior is 100% the same in all three locations. You can purchase all three mansions if you want — and many players do.
Interior Design Upgrades & Costs
Mansions support extensive decor customization, with upgrade costs easily exceeding $5 million if you pick everything.
Interior themes
- 4 tint styles — $100,000
- 6 wall patterns — $245,000
- 3 decor themes:
• Los Santos Loft (included)
• San Andreas Coastal (~$500,000)
• Vinewood Regency (~$600,000)
Additional functional rooms
- Armory — $720,000 (Mark II upgrades & loadout edits)
- Arcade Room — $950,000
- Vehicle Podium — $650,000
- Vehicle Workshop — $880,000
Special upgrade types (Benny’s, HSW, Drift Tuning, Missile Lock Jammer) only work here if you have GTA+.
Security Module
Costs $1.75M, but fully prevents business raids when combined with your business camera upgrades.
How Instanced Mansions Work With Other Players
These are the first GTA Online mansions you can enter with no loading screen.
When you approach your gate, you’re loaded into a private version of your mansion grounds:
- driveway
- yard
- interior
Other players in the session cannot see you inside your mansion, even if they stand outside it.
Driveway Vehicle Slots Explained
The driveway displays two vehicles, and the mansion podium displays one. However, these three display slots do not increase your actual storage.
Your garage still caps at 20 vehicles, and moving cars outside simply leaves reserved empty spaces inside.
Mansion Management & Customization Tools
Inside the management menu, you can:
- Adjust decorations at 20 interior points
- Hide pets, gym equipment, or staff
- Select party dress codes
- Change radio station settings
- Choose cat or dog breeds and name them
- Enable or disable the AI assistant
Your pets even show up on the minimap with unique icons.
AI Assistant Features
The mansion’s AI assistant appears on tablets and TVs throughout the house and offers:
Fast Travel
Teleport instantly to any of your owned properties — including your Kosatka.
Business Production Boost
A 50% temporary production speed boost (48 in-game minutes) with a 24-hour cooldown.
Convenience Tools
- Champagne service
- Party hosting options
- Exit via any stored personal vehicle
- Exit via six temporary “luxury vehicles”
- Helicopter departures if you own one
