What Is Legion Remix?
Legion Remix is a fast-paced, time-limited event in World of Warcraft: The War Within that lets players relive the Legion expansion with completely reworked systems, modern talent trees, and accelerated progression.
You start as a Time Runner in a parallel version of Legion, speed through its storyline, and collect cosmetics, mounts, and transmogs — all while earning a special event currency called Bronze.
When the event ends, your Time Runner can be converted into a normal character, with cosmetics and achievements carrying over.
You can play any Legion-era class except Evoker, and all races are available. Think of it as a streamlined, progression-boosted replay of Legion with modern systems.
Phases and Schedule
Legion Remix unfolds in five major phases, each unlocking new zones, dungeons, and raids:
- Phase 1 — Skies of Fire
Launch phase introducing Infinite Artifact weapons, the shared trait tree, and the new Heroic World Tier difficulty.
Dungeons get Time-Worn Keystones, adding Remix-style Mythic+ affixes.
Raids: Emerald Nightmare and Trial of Valor. - Phase 2 — Rise of the Nightfallen (October 21)
Suramar’s full campaign unlocks. Return to Karazhan opens as a 10-boss mega dungeon, while The Nighthold raid concludes Tier 19. - Phase 3 — Legionform (November 4)
Unlocks the Broken Shore zone, Cathedral of Eternal Night dungeon, and Tomb of Sargeras raid. Class mount quests become available. - Phase 4 — Argus Eternal (November 18)
The story moves to Argus with three new zones: Krokun, Eredath, and the Antoran Wastes.
Seat of the Triumvirate dungeon and Antorus, the Burning Throne raid go live. - Phase 5 — Infinite Echoes (December 9)
The final phase — a chaotic closing event as the Remix timeline collapses. Expect unique drops and experimental gameplay modifiers.
Each phase lasts around two weeks, keeping the pace tight and progression constant.
Core Systems: Infinite Artifact, Traits, and Power
Artifacts return, but in a simplified shared form across all specs.
Your new Infinite Artifact uses a five-path tree — Nature, Fel, Arcane, Storm, and Holy — accessible via Shift + Right-Click.
Infinite Power (IP)
- Earned from kills, caches, bosses, world quests, dungeons, and raids.
- Levels up your artifact, unlocking new nodes and improving weapon stats.
- Shared across all artifacts on that character — no separate leveling per weapon.
Infinite Knowledge (IK)
- An account-wide multiplier that boosts how much Infinite Power you gain.
- Gained through achievements and gameplay milestones, up to Rank 36.
- Excess ranks auto-convert to Bronze.
Artifactium Sand
- A consumable item that raises your artifact’s item level.
- Stops dropping once you reach the current cap.
You can also enhance your artifact through special jewelry items that grant off-path traits, letting you mix and match effects between trees.
If you’d rather skip the early grind and start strong, a Legion Remix Level Boost can immediately bring your Time Runner up to speed for campaign progression or dungeon farming.
Leveling Strategy: Fastest Path to 80
Your first character will level the slowest — but there are efficient routes.
General Steps
- Do the intro quests to unlock your artifact and order hall.
- Grab Infinite Research assignments early — they stack with your activities.
- Complete zone storylines for XP, Bronze, and achievements.
- Activate Heroic World Tier once you’re comfortable with your gear (Level 25+).
- Clear world quests, rares, and dungeons while keeping at least one Research task active.
Key Level Milestones
- Level 10: Normal dungeons and class campaigns open.
- Level 20: Heroic dungeons, LFR raids, and trait-enhancing accessories start dropping.
- Level 30: World Quests unlock.
- Level 40: +10% account XP bonus.
- Level 70: Muratari’s Infinite Wisdom — +250% XP for that character.
- Level 80: Mythic dungeons and full raid access.
Leveling in Heroic World Tier grants +500% kill XP but comes with tougher enemies — ideal for experienced players or those leveling in groups.
If you want a smoother, structured climb through levels and order hall progression, check Legion Remix Level Boost — designed to skip the early power bottlenecks.
Heroic World Tier Explained
Heroic World Tier is an optional difficulty that raises mob health and adds random affixes — similar to Diablo’s scaling.
Why use it?
- +500% kill XP
- Increased Bronze and Infinite Power
- Heroic world quests for higher cache rewards
- Exclusive cosmetic achievements and titles
To enable it:
- Speak with Aeternus at the Infinite Bazaar.
- Accept “Infinite Chaos” and interact with the console nearby.
- To disable, cast Temporal Retreat or talk to a spirit healer.
Affixes include:
- Beacon of Chaos — summons demon waves.
- Engorged — mobs explode on death.
- Fel Razor — adds elite demon enemies.
- Imperius — buffs nearby mobs with an aura.
If you’re struggling in solo play, gear up through Legion Remix Gearing Services — it ensures your character can survive tougher world content and perform efficiently in higher-tier raids.
Infinite Research and Assignments
Infinite Research is your daily repeatable quest system — think of it as Remix’s version of mission tables.
You pick assignments from Eternus in the Infinite Bazaar, covering outdoor content, dungeons, raids, and elite variants.
- Unlocks at Level 10
- Start with 1 daily assignment slot, up to 6 with upgrades
- Each assignment gives XP, Bronze, Infinite Power, and Resident Mementos (+1% account XP)
To maximize gains:
- Always keep one assignment active
- Stack objectives that overlap (e.g. “World Quests + Rares + Dungeon Bosses”)
- Turn in multiple at once for faster resets
- Use Heroic World Tier only for empowered or rare targets
Efficient players combine Research farming with dungeons and raids, optimizing both XP and Bronze flow per hour.
Gearing in Legion Remix
Gear progression is clean and straightforward: every cache and boss drop scales slightly above your current average item level.
- Dungeon & World Loot: up to 584 ilvl
- Mythic+ and Raids: scale up to 740 ilvl, the current cap
- Accessories (Rings, Trinkets, Neck): increase trait ranks, not just stats
- Scrapping gear: awards Bronze and Infinite Power
Stat breakdown:
- Helm, Shoulders, Cloak → Mastery
- Chest, Bracers, Gloves → Crit
- Belt, Legs, Boots → Haste
- Epics: add avoidance, leech, or speed
To reach endgame gear efficiently, repeated dungeon farming remains the best approach — especially with the Legion Remix Dungeons Boost that helps you farm Time-Worn Keystones, Mythic affixes, and BiS loot consistently.
Bronze Farming — The Core Endgame Loop
Bronze is the main Legion Remix currency used for mounts, transmogs, and legacy cosmetics — not for gear.
A full vendor clear can cost over 8 million Bronze, so efficiency matters.
Fastest Bronze Sources
- Mythic+ Dungeons — top income, repeatable, scales with key level.
- Infinite Research Assignments — steady daily Bronze, great on alts.
- Heroic World Tier Farming — +500% Bronze bonus on mob kills.
- Raids and LFR Wings — extra caches per completion.
- Scrapping gear — always recycle extra items.
- Sky Orbs, Rares, Treasures — supplementary income during exploration.
Efficient loop example:
- Hit Level 80.
- Focus on fast-clearing Mythic+ keys.
- Stack Infinite Research tasks.
- Do one LFR wing and one dungeon finder daily.
- Run Heroic Tier sweeps in dense areas.
- Scrap constantly.
If you’d rather skip the repetitive farming and focus on cosmetics or mounts, our Legion Remix Bronze Farm option helps you stockpile Bronze quickly and safely for everything the Infinite Bazaar offers.
Final Thoughts
Legion Remix is Blizzard’s most player-friendly event in years — fast-paced, nostalgic, and endlessly rewarding for completionists.
It’s a playground for collectors and power grinders alike: replay iconic campaigns, level alts through Legion’s golden era, and earn rewards that persist into The War Within.
With smart planning — balancing Infinite Power, Research assignments, and Mythic+ farming — you can easily max out gear, farm millions of Bronze, and walk away with every mount and transmog you’ve ever wanted.
