How to Get Access to Karazhan Crypts

The attunement takes seven steps and is level 60 content. Coordinates are approximate.

How do you get attuned to Karazhan Crypts?

Start the quest “For Gold and Glory!” at Light’s Hope Chapel, then follow the chain through Deadwind Pass and Ariden’s Camp. You need a Flame of Life, an Enthusiastic Wisp and an Ancient Ironwood Branch, and you clear the crypt entrance with the Enchanted Firebrand.

Do you need a Warlock to summon Unk’omon?

Warcraft Tavern says yes: a Warlock must talk to Alfwhit Grigdert. Warcraft Wiki does not mention a class. Bring a Warlock to be safe.

Can you try the Failed Apprentice more than once?
