Status in October 2026: Is the Brutosaur Still for Sale?
Status update, 12 October 2026. This article was written during the 20th Anniversary event in late 2024. The sale it describes ended on 6 January 2025.

|---|---|
| Mount name | The in-game name is Trader’s Gilded Brutosaur, not “Golden Trader’s”. The Wowhead link in the text below points to the Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur, a different and older mount. |
| “Available until January 6, 2025” | Correct for the first sale. Blizzard sold the mount again from 17 November 2025 to 5 January 2026, at the same listed price of €78 / $90 (wow.gg). |
| Is it for sale today? | No. The sources we checked (wow.gg, last updated in June 2026) show it was off the shop. Blizzard has announced no new date. Data found in the Midnight alpha build suggests another return during Midnight, but that is an inference, not a promise. Check the in-game Shop before you plan around it. |
| What it does | An auctioneer NPC (Killia) and a mail carrier (Melanie Morten) ride with you, so you can use the Auction House and mailbox anywhere. The mount is account-wide and needs level 10 and Apprentice Riding (wow.gg). |
