Key Takeaways
AION 2 redeem codes are a small free gift from NC, and they come with a clock attached. Here is the short version for the Global release, checked against NC’s official announcements on October 10, 2026.
- The code: TAKEFLIGHTAION2 is the only official code at the time of writing (checked on October 10, 2026), and it is for AION 2 Global.
- The rewards: 4 Odyle Energy, 5 Resurrection Spiritstones and 10 Battle Enhance Scrolls, all of them Bound.
- The deadline: North America until October 13, 11:00 PM PDT; Europe until October 14, 08:00 CEST.
- The limit: it works on every Global server, but only once per account, not once per character.
- The path: Settings, Miscellaneous tab, Account, Enter Coupon, paste the code, press Confirm.
Warning: Codes are time-limited. Check the expiry before you rely on any code, including the one in this guide, because an expired code simply stops working.
If you are still planning your launch week, the AION 2 store shows what else is on offer next to the free stuff below.
AION 2 Redeem Codes: The Active Code
AION 2 Global has only just launched, so there is no long list of coupons to scroll through yet. At the time of writing, NC’s official announcement confirms exactly one code for the Global version: TAKEFLIGHTAION2. NC released it as a celebration after the game reached No. 1 on Steam Global Top Sellers and topped sales charts in several countries.
Here is the code with its exact rewards and its exact expiration, written the way NC published them:
| Code | Rewards | Expiration |
|---|---|---|
| TAKEFLIGHTAION2 | Odyle Energy (Bound) x4, Resurrection Spiritstone (Bound) x5, Battle Enhance Scroll (Bound) x10 | NA: October 13, 11:00 PM PDT; EU: October 14, 08:00 CEST |
A few rules come with it. The code is valid on all servers, but you can use it only once per account. Every reward is Bound, which means you cannot trade these items to other players, so they are personal supplies and not something you can sell or gift.
The code became available after the October 1 maintenance. That also means players who own the Founder’s Pack could already claim it during Advanced Access, before the public launch day.
Our advice is simple: redeem it now instead of waiting for the deadline. A coupon sitting unused in your notes does nothing for you, and the items you get are ones you will find a use for once dungeon farming becomes a bigger part of your routine.
The AION 2 dungeons guide covers every dungeon type and its rewards.
Note: The code and dates above match NC’s official announcement as of October 10, 2026. New codes can appear and old ones expire, so always compare the expiry with today’s date before you plan around a code.
What Does TAKEFLIGHTAION2 Give You?
The first AION 2 Global code does not hand out cosmetics or Kinah. It is a small package of consumables aimed at PvE progression. For a launch gift that is a sensible choice, because every item in it can actually be used rather than parked in a wardrobe.
The full reward list:
- Odyle Energy (Bound) x4: the most interesting item in the bundle.
- Resurrection Spiritstone (Bound) x5: a safety net for risky fights.
- Battle Enhance Scroll (Bound) x10: a temporary combat boost.
Odyle Energy
One Odyle Energy item restores 40 Energy, so the four you receive add up to 160 Energy. You spend that resource to activate Odyle Energy Cubes after you clear Expeditions, Transcendence and Sanctuary content.
In practice that means extra dungeon rewards without waiting for your normal supply of Energy. Once you start farming gear seriously, the value of a stock like this becomes obvious, and it is easy to see why this reward beats another random cosmetic. If you would rather not spend your evenings repeating those runs, there is also an Expeditions boost that covers the grind for you.
Resurrection Spiritstones
These do what the name says. Keep them for moments where dying would otherwise ruin a run, or where you are still learning a boss and every wipe costs you time and patience. Five of them is not a huge stack, so do not burn them on trash mobs.
Battle Enhance Scrolls
Battle Enhance Scrolls temporarily improve your Damage Boost and your Damage Tolerance. Because the effect is temporary, using one on random quest mobs is a waste. Save them for bosses, harder dungeon stages, or any fight where the extra combat stats really change the outcome. Ten scrolls give you plenty of room to use them on the content that matters.
Tip: All three rewards are Bound, so there is no market value to chase. The only way to get value out of them is to use them, which is another reason to redeem early and spend them on your own progression.
How to Redeem AION 2 Codes
You do not need a separate NC website to activate a Global code. The coupon system is built into the game, and the whole process takes less than a minute. This exact path comes from NC’s own announcement for the code.
- Launch AION 2.
- Open the in-game Settings.
- Select the Miscellaneous tab.
- Open Account.
- Press Enter Coupon.
- Paste the active code.
- Press Confirm.
Copy the code and paste it instead of typing it by hand. TAKEFLIGHTAION2 is not hard to remember, but a single wrong character is enough to make you think the code has expired when you simply mistyped it.
Remember the limit as well: the coupon works once per account. Creating another character will not give you a second copy of the rewards, and neither will playing on a different server.
Tip: Do the redeem step before you log off for the night in your first week. It costs nothing, it takes seconds, and it removes the risk of forgetting the deadline entirely.
If you are just starting out and want to save time on early levels, you can look at AION 2 powerleveling and spend your own hours on the parts of the game you enjoy.
When Does the AION 2 Code Expire?
TAKEFLIGHTAION2 is a limited launch coupon, so do not leave it sitting there for weeks. NC has already published exact expiration times for both Global regions:
| Region | TAKEFLIGHTAION2 expires |
|---|---|
| North America | October 13, 2026 at 11:00 PM PDT |
| Europe | October 14, 2026 at 08:00 CEST |
The different dates come from the time zones. It is essentially the same coupon window and not a case of Europe getting an extra day, so do not plan around the later European date if you are playing on a North American server.
Do not wait for the last hour either. Codes are free, and the items do not disappear because you redeemed them early. Claim everything now and use the consumables whenever you actually need them. A code that is already redeemed can never expire on you.
Warning: Always check the expiry before you rely on a code. Once the dates above have passed, the code is no longer something you can count on, and a guide or video that still calls it active is out of date.
Expired AION 2 Codes
There are no expired AION 2 Global codes yet. That sounds odd for a codes page, but the Global version has only just launched, and TAKEFLIGHTAION2 is the start of the code history for this release. We have not found any earlier Global coupons as of October 2026 either.
This is only about AION 2 Global. Do not grab coupon lists from the Korean or Taiwanese versions and expect those codes to work here. They are separate services with separate coupons, so a code from another region will not do anything on Global.
Once TAKEFLIGHTAION2 passes its deadline, it belongs in this section as an expired code. If you see a code that is not listed here, treat it with care: check where it was announced, check its dates and make sure it is meant for Global before you waste time on it.
Codes are not a source of currency, either. The first code gave no Kinah, so if you want a head start on that front, the Kinah category is the place to look.
Why Is My AION 2 Code Not Working?
If TAKEFLIGHTAION2 does not work for you, do not assume the whole coupon system is broken. Only a few things can really go wrong with the current code, and most of them are quick to check.
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Typed incorrectly | Copy TAKEFLIGHTAION2 instead of entering it manually. |
| Already redeemed | The current coupon works only once per account. |
| Code expired | Check the NA or EU deadline before redeeming. |
| Wrong game version | Make sure you are using the code in AION 2 Global. |
| Temporary game issue | Restart the client and try again after checking server status. |
The most likely reason later in October is simply expiration. The code ends on October 13 in North America and on October 14 in Europe, so any page still describing it as active after that date is probably outdated.
One more thing about the limit: once per account does not mean once per character. You will not get four copies of the rewards because you made four alts. Alts are still a fine idea in general, though, and the best classes in AION 2 are worth a look if you are deciding who to create next.
Note: Work through the table from top to bottom. A mistyped or already-used code is far more common than a broken coupon system, and both can be fixed in a minute.
AION 2 Twitch Drops Are Not Redeem Codes
Free launch rewards often get mixed up with codes, so this needs its own section. AION 2 has Twitch Drops in October, but they are not coupons. You earn them by watching participating streams with the right account linked to Twitch, and you never type anything into Enter Coupon for them.
The Global Launch Twitch Drops run from October 5 through October 16. This is what each watch-time step gives you:
| Watch time | Reward |
|---|---|
| 1 hour | Odyle Energy (Bound) x4 |
| 2 hours | Skin Chest x10 (Bound) x1 |
| 3 hours | Enhancement Stone (Bound) x5,000 |
| 4 hours | Head Bow (Skin: Helm) x1 |
| 6 hours | Soul Codex: Reset (Bound) x2 |
| 8 hours | Resurrection Spiritstone (Bound) x10 |
| 10 hours | Adorable Young Elim (Shoulder) x1 |
These rewards were announced separately from TAKEFLIGHTAION2. You need to link Twitch to the account you actually play on: Steam players link Steam, and PURPLE players use their NC account.
It is worth collecting both. The first step alone gives four more Odyle Energy, and 5,000 Enhancement Stones are a good reason to leave a stream running for a few hours, especially in the first week. If your time is better spent playing than watching, a store service can take some of the early work off your hands.
Note: The drop period ends on October 16, and the code deadlines come earlier, on October 13 and 14. Handle the code first, then spend the rest of the week on the drops. Earned drops must be claimed before October 30, 11:59 PM PDT.
The AION 2 leveling guide walks you through the route to level 45.
Will There Be More AION 2 Codes?
It would be surprising if TAKEFLIGHTAION2 stayed the only Global code for long. NC released it as a celebration gift after the game reached the top of the Steam sales chart, which shows that the publisher is willing to use coupons for milestones and special occasions.
Future codes could plausibly show up around moments like these:
- Major updates
- Seasonal events
- Community milestones
- Holidays
- Anniversaries
- Server compensation
- Special livestreams
- New content releases
That is a list of possibilities, not a schedule. There is no fixed rhythm that we know of, so do not expect a new code every week just because other games do that. The official AION 2 announcements are the first place to look, because that is where the code and its redemption path were published.
This page covers what was confirmed at the time of writing. For anything newer than that, go to the official announcements and check the expiry date on every code yourself before you use it.

The only official code at the time of writing is TAKEFLIGHTAION2, for AION 2 Global. It works on all servers and can be redeemed once per account. Check its expiry before you rely on it: North America until October 13, 11:00 PM PDT, Europe until October 14, 08:00 CEST.
How do you redeem codes in AION 2?
Open Settings, go to the Miscellaneous tab, open Account, press Enter Coupon, paste your code and press Confirm. You do not need an external redemption website for the current Global coupon.
What does TAKEFLIGHTAION2 give?
Odyle Energy (Bound) x4, Resurrection Spiritstone (Bound) x5 and Battle Enhance Scroll (Bound) x10. All three are Bound, so you cannot trade them to other players.
When does TAKEFLIGHTAION2 expire?
It expires on October 13, 2026 at 11:00 PM PDT for North America. In Europe it expires on October 14 at 08:00 CEST. The two times describe the same window in different time zones.
Can you redeem TAKEFLIGHTAION2 more than once?
No. It can be redeemed once per account. Making another character or playing on another server does not give you another redemption.
Are there any expired AION 2 codes?
There are none for Global yet. The Global version has only just launched, and TAKEFLIGHTAION2 is its first confirmed public coupon.
Are Twitch Drops the same as redeem codes?
No. Twitch Drops are earned by watching participating streams from October 5 through October 16 with your game account linked to Twitch. You do not enter anything in the coupon window for them.
Can I use codes from the Korean or Taiwanese version?
No. Those are separate services, and their coupons are not meant for AION 2 Global.
