The six looks of Ulthalesh
- Ulthalesh, the Deadwind Harvester (Classic): the weapon as first received. Extra tints: the warlock quest A Daring Rescue; Light's Heart via Light's Charge; one Pillar of Creation.
- Hand of the Afflicted (Upgraded): 34 unlocked traits on one weapon (Power Realized); Artifact Knowledge 25 (Part of History); eight weekly Archaeology quests for This Side Up; Forged for Battle: finishing the warlock order campaign and A Hero's Weapon. On a new account the full Hand of the Afflicted set is out of reach: Power Realized and Part of History are Legacy.
- Soul Siphon (Valorous): the Balance of Power chain, ending at the Lunar Crucible (Improving on History); the Mythic dungeon meta Glory of the Legion Hero; Keystone Master, a timed Mythic Keystone run at +5; Unleashed Monstrosities, eight Broken Isles world bosses.
- Death's Hand (War-torn): PvP honor, a tint at Honor Level 10, 30, 50 and 80.
- Spine of the Condemned (Challenging): Mage Tower Twins Challenge; it ended with Battle for Azeroth.
- Fate's End (Hidden): starts with Essence of the Executioner, dropped by Sataiel. Later tints: 30 dungeons, 200 world quests, 1,000 player kills with Fate's End on.
Since patch 9.1.5 the Mage Tower pays Tomb of Sargeras recolors to warlocks, never Spine of the Condemned.
What the order covers
No look selector exists here. Say in live chat or Discord which of Hand of the Afflicted, Soul Siphon or Death's Hand matter most. Looks that are closed are called closed at the start.
Requirements
- A max-level warlock who can take The Dark Riders and the other Legion artifact quests.
- Time for the counted goals of Fate's End, Mythic dungeons and Honor Levels.

Can another warlock specialization wear the Ulthalesh looks?
Yes. Patch 9.0.1 removed the specialization lock, so Fate's End, Hand of the Afflicted and the other looks work for all warlock specializations.
What does Fate's End need first?
First Essence of the Executioner, dropped by Sataiel. The follow-up counts only run while Fate's End is equipped.
