Ranks and how they are bought

Triumphant, item level 245: bought with Trophy of the Crusade from 25-player mode, plus gold, from Valiant Laradia (Alliance) or Valiant Bressia (Horde).
Triumphant heroic, item level 258: removed in patch 4.0.3a together with its Regalia of the Grand Protector token, so it can no longer be bought.

Dalaran merchants who sell mail also stock the Tier 9 pieces. Koralon the Flame Watcher in the Vault of Archavon drops the hands and legs, at level 232 in 10-player mode and level 245 in 25-player mode. All ranks count toward the same set bonuses.

What the order covers

The order runs Trial of the Crusader on your hunter and spends the trophies on the five pieces. The manager agrees timing in live chat or Discord, and asks which rank you want since the page has no rank selector. Trading works inside a group: a Trophy of the Crusade from the Trial of the Crusader can be passed to you within two hours of the drop.

Requirements

A hunter that can enter the Trial of the Crusader.
Access to Icecrown, where the Argent Tournament Grounds and the Coliseum stand.

Hunter Tier 9 FAQ

Are the Alliance and Horde sets different in stats?

No. They are functionally identical; only the artwork and names differ.

Do I need every rank?

No. All ranks count toward the same set bonuses, so one rank per slot is enough for the bonuses.
