The Legion artifact of the Windwalker Monk is Fists of the Heavens, a pair of fist weapons handed over after the quest Into The Heavens. Six look families, four tints each: Classic, Upgraded (Al'Akir's Touch), Valorous (Spirit's Reach), War-torn (Shado-Pan Legacy), Challenging (Xuen's Enforcer) and Hidden (Stormfist).

The six looks of the Fists of the Heavens

Fists of the Heavens (Classic): the base look, given with the weapon. Extra tints: the monk quest Rebuilding the Order; Light's Heart (the quest Light's Charge); a recovered Pillar of Creation.
Al'Akir's Touch (Upgraded): Power Realized, 34 traits on a single artifact; Artifact Knowledge 25 (Part of History); Forged for Battle, the monk order campaign plus A Hero's Weapon; eight weekly Archaeology quests for This Side Up. Only monks that finished Power Realized and Part of History before Shadowlands can still complete Al'Akir's Touch.
Spirit's Reach (Valorous): Glory of the Legion Hero, a Mythic dungeon meta; eight world bosses of the Broken Isles for Unleashed Monstrosities; Keystone Master, a timed Mythic Keystone run at +5; Improving on History, the Balance of Power quest chain.
Shado-Pan Legacy (War-torn): Honor Level 10 for the first tint, then 30, 50, 80.
Xuen's Enforcer (Challenging): Mage Tower Fel Worm Menace; it ended with Battle for Azeroth.
Stormfist (Hidden): starts with The Stormfist, found at random in a chest in The Withered Army scenario. Later tints: 30 dungeons, 200 world quests, 1,000 player kills with Stormfist on.

Since patch 9.1.5 the Mage Tower pays Tomb of Sargeras recolors to monks, never Xuen's Enforcer.

What the order covers

The page offers no choice of looks. The manager agrees with you in chat or Discord which of the six Monk looks come first. The manager says which looks can still be earned.

A max-level monk who can take Into The Heavens and the other Legion artifact quests.
Time for the counted goals of Stormfist, Mythic dungeons and Honor Levels.

Windwalker Monk Artifact FAQ

Can a new account still finish Al'Akir's Touch?

Not normally. Al'Akir's Touch needs Power Realized and Part of History. Both are Legacy since patch 8.0.1; only monks with earlier progress can finish Al'Akir's Touch.

Can Xuen's Enforcer still be earned?

No. Xuen's Enforcer left with Battle for Azeroth; the later Monk challenge pays recolors.
