The Stormwind Tabard in this lot is the Warlords of Draenor garrison tabard, a replica of what Stormwind Guards wear. Kristen Stoneforge, the quartermaster of the Dwarven Bunker, gives it for the quest Scraps of Iron, which asks for 5 Iron Horde Scraps. It is usable only by Alliance characters and binds to the Warband.

How the tabard is earned
- Build the Dwarven Bunker in your garrison. It is the Alliance building whose quartermaster is Kristen Stoneforge.
- Collect Iron Horde Scraps. They drop from Iron Horde mobs in outdoor Draenor and in Warlords instances while the Dwarven Bunker or the War Mill is built.
- Hand in 5 scraps for Scraps of Iron to receive the tabard.
Iron Horde Scraps also pay for other transmogrification items sold by Kristen Stoneforge, and the daily quest Scrap Meltdown trades 25 scraps for an enhancement token.
What the order covers
The order delivers the tabard through the Scraps of Iron quest on an Alliance character with a Dwarven Bunker. The manager confirms in live chat or Discord whether your garrison already has the building.

Is this the tabard sold by Captain Lancy Revshon?
No. That one is the Stormwind city tabard, which redirects dungeon reputation and has its own lot. This lot is the garrison replica of the guards' tabard.
Can a Horde character use it?
No. The garrison tabard works only on Alliance characters.
