Options and Speed
Every featured lot keeps the options of its own product page, so read the page before you pay. Where a service supports it, you can choose between a piloted order, in which the booster plays on your account while you stay offline, and self-play, in which you stay on your own account and the booster joins your party. Speed is set separately: Standard is the default, Express gives your order a higher place in the queue, and Super Express gives it the highest priority we offer with our most experienced boosters.
Requirements and Timing
The requirements differ by lot. Zombies maps must be available on your account, weapon-based camos need the guns unlocked, and event lots need the event to be running. Expect play to begin roughly one to two hours after the details are settled with the manager with you, and the manager gives the full ETA once your options are known. If you are unsure whether a lot fits your account, ask in live chat before ordering.
Mixing Featured Lots
Many players buy two or three featured lots together, for example a map quest and a camo set, because the same sessions can often serve both goals. A Zombies run for a main quest also feeds weapon XP and calling card progress, and a leveling order helps with the challenge counts that camos ask for. Mention all your orders to the manager so the schedule is planned once and no booster has to wait for another to log out.

For piloted orders, yes. A booster signs in to your account, so you stay logged out during the agreed window. For self-play lots you keep playing on your own account in a party with the booster.
What if an order cannot be finished?
The manager will tell you what is possible, and any refund is handled per our refund policy.
