How we collect and display customer feedback
Only Real Buyers
Every review displayed on Onlyfarms comes from a customer who has completed at least one purchase of $10 or more. We verify each review against our order database to ensure authenticity. If a review cannot be matched to a qualifying order, it is not published.
No Editing, No Filtering
We do not edit, rewrite, or selectively filter reviews. Positive and negative feedback alike is displayed exactly as the customer submitted it. The only reviews we remove are those that contain personal information, offensive language, or spam.
No Incentives
We do not offer discounts, credits, free services, or any other incentives in exchange for reviews. Customers leave feedback voluntarily after their order is completed and delivered.
How It Works
Star Ratings
Customers rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars. The overall rating shown on our homepage is the unweighted average of all verified reviews. We do not manipulate or adjust scores.
