What the LEDX is for

Crisis: a Therapist quest at loyalty level 4 that asks for 2 LEDX found in raid, with 3 defibrillators, 3 ophthalmoscopes, 20 piles of meds and 10 OLOLO multivitamins.
Health Care Privacy, Part 6: another Therapist quest at loyalty level 4. It asks for 1 LEDX found in raid, handed over after a blood sample is taken on Factory.
Medstation level 3: costs 1 LEDX, which does not have to be found in raid. The same level can craft an LEDX.
Cultist Circle: one LEDX can be sacrificed for TerraGroup "Blue Folders" materials.

What Found in Raid means

An item gets the mark when it is found in a raid that ends in Survived extraction, when it is crafted in the Hideout, or when it is a quest reward.
Items brought into a raid lose the mark, and Run Through, MIA, KIA or Left the Action extractions do not give it.
A raid inventory holds at most 10 LEDX at once.

Crisis and Health Care Privacy, Part 6. The mark is lost if the item is brought into a raid before it is handed in.
