Harbinger Eyes	The first kill of each Harbinger always drops an Eye, with a chance afterwards. Eyes act as keys to the Pinnacle boss, and all 10 Harbingers must be slain before you can challenge it.
Corruption for later Harbingers	Harbingers after the first are met by killing bosses in empowered timelines at increasingly higher corruption levels. A killed Harbinger keeps spawning in that same empowered timeline.
