What Keelhaul does

Keelhaul is a belt on the Linen Belt base with a level 1 requirement. The base itself gives 1 to 3 charm slots and 20 to 30% increased Mana Recovery from Flasks.

The unique modifiers are about flasks. Life Flasks and Mana Flasks each gain 0.25 charges per second, while Flask Life Recovery rate and Flask Mana Recovery rate each roll anywhere from 25% reduced to 25% increased. Patch 0.1.1 fixed the charge gain at 0.25 per second; before it the roll ran from 0 to 0.25. Once the order is in, details are settled in live chat or Discord, then the item is traded to your character inside the game, with no password involved.
