Movement Speed is 15 to 20% increased (raised from 10 to 15% in patch 0.4.0). Other lines: 60 to 80% increased Evasion and Energy Shield, +10 to 20 Intelligence, +1 to Maximum Power Charges, and 12% increased Critical Damage Bonus per Power Charge, up from 8% since 0.1.1. A Runemastered pair is level 40 and costs 220 Verisium together with 1 Medved's Crest of the Circle. Handover is a trade in game between characters, arranged beforehand in live chat or Discord, while your account login stays with you.
