Azuregos is the blue dragon who roams Azshara, and killing him takes a coordinated raid group. We take care of that on the Anniversary realms: our team defeats him with your character present, and the drops are yours.
Key facts
| Activity | Open-world raid boss, one of the first world bosses in WoW together with Lord Kazzak |
|---|---|
| Location | Southeastern Azshara, guarding the night elf Ruins of Eldarath |
| Who he is | A blue dragon in the service of the Aspect Malygos |
| Mechanics | Immune to arcane and highly frost-resistant; teleports nearby players and wipes his threat list; Mark of Frost freezes players who died to him; reflects spells with a magic shield; mana-burning blizzard |
| Notable drops | Typhoon, Fang of the Mystics, Eskhandar's Left Claw, Leggings of Arcane Supremacy, Mature Blue Dragon Sinew |
| On TBC realms | Still fightable: the world boss encounter was only removed in patch 4.0.3a |
