Riding skill is what lets your character use a mount at all, and the gold for it takes time to gather. Choose your class and a riding level, and our boosters farm the gold, learn the skill and buy your racial mount on your account. Paladins and Warlocks can add their class mount as well.

Key facts

Apprentice Riding	Skill 75, 60% ground speed; since patch 2.4.3 learned at level 30 for 35 gold (was level 40 and 90 gold)
Journeyman Riding	Skill 150, 100% ground speed (epic mounts)
Paladin Warhorse	Taught by the paladin trainer; learning it also gives Apprentice Riding
Paladin Charger	Earned through a long quest chain that ends with Judgment and Redemption; trainers only began teaching it in patch 3.0.3
Warlock Felsteed	Quest Summon Felsteed from Strahad Farsan in Ratchet
Warlock Dreadsteed	Quest Dreadsteed of Xoroth at level 60: a summoning ritual in Dire Maul; rewards the Dreadsteed and Journeyman Riding
Class	Warrior, Paladin, Warlock, Mage, Priest, Druid, Rogue, Hunter, Shaman
Riding skill level	60%, 100%
Class mount	The Warhorse, The Charger, The Felsteed, The Dreadsteed
