Blizzard gives these level ranges for the dungeons that did not exist in Classic:

Ruins of Lordaeron, 15-20, above the Undercity
Excavation Site, 24-29, in the Wetlands
City of Dalaran, 28-33, in the Alterac Mountains
The Drowned City, 35-40, off Stranglethorn Vale
Krol'dok Stronghold, 40-45, in Riverglades
Alcaz Prison, 48-53, on Alcaz Island
Blackmaw Hold, 55-60, in Azshara
Shaper's Terrace, 58-60, in northern Un'Goro Crater

The final boss of every dungeon from level 15 to 25, from 26 to 45 and from 46 to 60 counts toward the three Dungeon Legacy Challenges, one Legacy Point each.

A character at or above the minimum level of each dungeon you tick; the ranges above cover the nine new ones, and the manager confirms the older dungeons in live chat
City of Dalaran sits behind a Kirin Tor attunement questline (Alliance: An Alarming Request in Southshore; Horde: Key to the City and Prison Break-In in Tarren Mill); tell the manager if the character is not attuned

How does the bundle differ from the single dungeon lots?

A single lot sells one dungeon and has its own Loot Options. The bundle covers up to 36 entries in one order.

Does the bundle complete the Dungeon Legacy Challenges?

Each challenge needs the final boss of every dungeon in a level band, so ticking a few dungeons will not finish one. If a full band is the goal, say so to the manager in live chat.

How ordering works

Pick your options and place the order.
A manager confirms the details and the method you picked (piloted, self-play or remote control) in live chat or Discord.
We assign a booster; the queue follows your speed option and order time.
Ask the manager for progress at any time.

Speed: Normal keeps your place in the regular queue. Express gives the order higher priority, Super Express the highest priority we offer.

A booster logs in to your account and plays while you stay offline.

Self-play

You play your own account in a group or squad with our booster, at a time agreed with the manager.
Your login is not shared.
Loot that drops in the group can be traded to you in game.

The fox points at your own screen, where our dragon booster moves the cursor remotely: you watch while the booster plays on your PC.

Remote control

The booster plays on your own PC through a remote-access app.
You can watch the screen the whole time; your login is not shared.
