The staff in the game data

The staff has item level 40 and deals 88 to 133 damage at speed 3.70. It gives 20 Intellect, 10 Spirit and up to 60 spell power, and it adds 1.5 percent hit chance. It binds when equipped, so it can be mailed, and it can be wielded from level 35. The game data lists it as a loot drop without naming a boss or a zone, so the manager confirms the route in live chat or Discord.

Delivery by mail

You give the manager the receiving character's name in live chat or Discord once the order is paid. The staff is sent to that mailbox, and WoW Forever must be live before any farming starts. A two-handed staff fills both hands, so the Specific BiS Gear lot lists such weapons as 2-hand Weapon, while this lot orders the staff by name.

Requirements

No level requirement is set on the order.
A character on a ruleset you pick: PvE, PvP or RP. The Self-play delivery method needs the character name.

Staff of Jordan FAQ

Is it a weapon for the level cap?

It can be wielded from level 35, well below the level 60 cap. Compare its numbers with the weapons you already have.

Can the staff be mailed to any character?

Yes, until it is equipped. It is a bind-on-equip item and stays unbound in the mailbox.

Does the PvE or PvP ruleset change the staff?

No. The ruleset just decides which character receives it, since a character cannot switch rulesets later.
