- It spawns in the key cabinet at the dorm guard desk in the two-story dorms, in jackets and drawers, and in Scav pockets.
- Jaeger barters it at loyalty level 3 for three used marked keys: RB-VO, RB-PKPM and RB-BK.
- Players who finished the Wild Wild Woods event quest can barter 25 Silver Badges for it at Jaeger loyalty level 4.
