How the flute reaches a character

Coffer drop: the flute sits in the trial's treasure coffer next to Voidcast weapons of item level 645 and the Faded Copy of Voidcast Savior. Whether it appears is random, so the page states no number of clears.
Totems: every clear pays 2 Voidcast Archfiend Totems, and 99 of them buy the flute from Nesvaaz in Radz-at-Han or from the Agora Merchant in Old Sharlayan.
The page does not say which route an order follows, so the manager confirms it in chat.

The trial

Level 90, average item level 630, a 60-minute limit and 1 to 8 players (2 tanks, 2 healers, 4 DPS). Each clear also pays 25 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics and a chance at a Golbez Card, which needs the quest Triple Triad Trial first. The Shadow's Fall achievement is for defeating Golbez here.

Requirements

The flute is Unique and Untradable, so the character that receives the mount must be the one that wins the drop or spends the totems. Who plays the run is agreed in chat.
The DATA CENTER option lists regions: EU, NA, JP and OCE. Name your exact data center and world to the manager.
Stream (extra) lets you watch the runs.

Lynx of Fallen Shadow FAQ

Can the flute be traded to my character?

No. It is flagged Unique and Untradable, so it cannot change hands once it exists.

How many totems do clears pay?

Two per clear, against a cost of 99 totems for the flute. Because the coffer drop is random, the totem count is the only fixed figure.
