What Brain Rattler does and who uses it

Mace characters in the early Acts. The added lightning sits on top of the base's 32–48 physical damage from level 16 onward.
Electrocute builds. The last modifier covers all damage with this weapon, so its physical hits fill the Electrocution bar too.
Attack speed. The 10–15% roll lifts the slow greatclub to 1.21–1.27 attacks per second.
Later upgrades. Runeforged (level 38) and Runemastered (level 55) versions are made from this mace with Verisium, so it can follow a build past the campaign.

1 to 110–115. The lightning range was raised after release, and existing copies could be updated with a Divine Orb at the time.
