What Ming's Heart does

Ming's Heart is a ring on the Amethyst Ring base, worn from level 20, and the base adds 7 to 13% to Chaos Resistance.

It is a trade-off item: maximum Life is 20% reduced and Global Armour, Evasion and Energy Shield are 30% reduced, in return for gaining 30 to 40% of Damage as Extra Chaos Damage. Patch 0.2.0 made changes to it. Corrupted and non-corrupted copies are both offered. A team member agrees timing and character name with you in live chat or Discord; the item is then passed over in a trade window in game.
