What Prayers for Rain gives

Prayers for Rain is a body armour on the Keth Raiment base with 118 to 148 Energy Shield; wearing it takes level 28 and 47 Intelligence.

It adds 60 to 100% increased Energy Shield, +10 to 15 Intelligence and +10 to 20% to Lightning Resistance (changed in patch 0.1.1). Two recharge lines go with it: the start of Energy Shield Recharge is 30% slower, and Recharge is not interrupted by Damage if it began Recently. The Runemastered Keth Raiment is level 38 and needs 1 Medved's Crest of the Circle as well as 250 Verisium. Delivery goes through an in-game trade to your character, scheduled with the team in live chat or Discord, without any account password.
