Taryn's Shiver is a staff on the Gelid Staff base, level 2, and the base grants the Freezing Shards skill.

Patch 0.4.0 changed the damage line from increased Cold Damage to increased Spell Damage, raised the Frozen-enemy line from 50% and lowered the freeze buildup from 100%.
