Radiant Grief is a helmet on the Lace Hood base (151 to 168 Evasion Rating) for level 16 and 25 Dexterity.

The mods are 80 to 100% increased Evasion Rating, +15 to 25% to Fire Resistance and 30% increased Light Radius. Its main effect: Enemies in your Presence are Ignited as though dealt 200 Base Fire Damage; patch 0.5.0 doubled that from 100. The Runeforged Lace Hood is level 38 and costs 590 Verisium along with 1 Vorana's Crest of the Scythe. Corrupted and non-corrupted copies are both available.
