In Rainbow Six Siege X the clearance level, also called account level, gates the playlists: Ranked opens at level 50. This lot raises the level in four bands, 1 to 50, 50 to 100, 100 to 150 and 150 to 200, on PC, PlayStation or Xbox. The first band ends exactly at the Ranked gate. Year 11 Season 3, Operation Split Fire, has been live since 1 September 2026.

What the levels do
- XP comes from multiplayer matches, and the XP needed for the next level rises steadily.
- A level pays no reward by itself; it only opens playlists. Below level 10, a beginner friendly fire rule makes players deal reduced damage to teammates.
What else Ranked needs
- At least 10 Attackers and 10 Defenders unlocked, and two-factor authentication on the Ubisoft account.
- Ranked 3.0, in place since Year 11 Season 2, opens each season with five placement matches, has no hidden MMR and runs from Copper to Champion in five divisions each.

- A Rainbow Six Siege account on the platform you select.
- A starting level inside the band you order, so that the band's lower limit matches the account.

Which band takes an account to Ranked?
The first one, 1 to 50, because level 50 opens Ranked. The account also needs at least 10 Attackers and 10 Defenders unlocked and two-factor authentication.
Can a freshly leveled account enter the Legend Division?
No. The Legend Division is a SoloQ-only playlist that needs Champion rank in the current season and Platinum or better the season before, a positive reputation and the secure platform checks. Level alone does not qualify.
