First Aid is the bandaging profession, one of three secondary professions in WoW Forever. This lot raises the skill for you from the Level Range start you set up to 300. Orders are worked from 4 November 2026, when the game opens.

First Aid in WoW Forever

First Aid makes bandages. The related Legacy perk, Field Medicine, sits in the Adventure tree rather than the Professions tree and shortens the Recently Bandaged debuff, though not in dungeons, raids or battlegrounds. The profession also crafts three camp objects, the First Aid Kit, the Toxin Study and the Plague Doctor's Laboratory; their buff works like a priest's Power Word: Fortitude and does not stack with it. As a secondary profession it gets its Artisan step through a special quest instead of a trainer.

Requirements

A character of level 10 or higher for skill 1 to 150, level 20 or higher for 1 to 225, and level 40 or higher for 1 to 300
If the character is short of the level for your range, the WoW Forever Power Leveling lot can close the gap first

First Aid FAQ

Does First Aid earn a Legacy Point?

No. The Tradeskill challenges count non-gathering primary professions, and First Aid is a secondary profession. Field Medicine is an Adventure perk you pay for with points earned elsewhere.

Does First Aid use up a primary profession slot?

No. Secondary professions sit alongside the two primary ones, so First Aid does not displace the professions you keep.
