The Winterspring Frostsaber is an epic saber mount that Alliance characters can ride. In WoW Forever's item data Rivern Frostwind in Winterspring sells it, and the order needs Exalted standing with the Wintersaber Trainers. This lot grinds that reputation and covers the mount's gold price, so the character ends with the saber ready to summon.

Key facts

Mount	Reins of the Winterspring Frostsaber, an epic mount that the game describes as a very fast mount
Requirements to use	Character level 60 and any Alliance race
Binding	Binds when picked up; Mount (Account-wide)
Vendor	Rivern Frostwind in Winterspring
Reputation	Wintersaber Trainers, a faction kept from Classic
Faction lock on PvP	On the PvP ruleset an account can create characters of a single faction

What you get

The Winterspring Frostsaber on your account.
The gold price of the mount, covered by the team.
Exalted reputation with the Wintersaber Trainers.
Access to the other vendor rewards that standing opens.
Loot picked up along the way.

Alliance characters

The item data restricts the mount to Alliance races and sets its required level at 60. For an Alliance race other than Night Elves the order also needs Exalted with Darnassus, and the Extras option Exalted with Darnassus adds that grind. On the PvP ruleset an account holds a single faction, so an order there needs an Alliance character.

Requirements

A level 60 character of an Alliance race.
Darnassus standing at Exalted for every Alliance race but Night Elves, or the matching Extras option.
Either Piloted or Self-play Remote, and one of the PvE, PvP or RP rulesets in Choose Ruleset.
WoW Forever launches on 4 November 2026, and an earlier order starts afterwards.

Winterspring Frostsaber FAQ

No. The Darnassus requirement applies to the other Alliance races.
