The questline and the sword

The main steps in the game data are The Debt, A Moon-Kissed Blade, An Underrated Talent, Ott's Masterwork, The Moonsilver Blade and Old Fire-Eye. A Moon-Kissed Blade sends you to Trevan Rol in the Sepulcher with Trevan's Weapon Notes, Whitestone Oak Lumber, an Enchanted Silver Ingot and a Purified Kor Gem. In the last quest the Moonsilver Blade is used against Old Fire-Eye in Silverpine Forest. Wolfsbane deals 69 to 105 damage at speed 3.40 and gives 9 Stamina and 10 Intellect. Its proc burns the target for 39 to 59 Holystorm damage, and Wolves and Worgen take three times as much. It binds when picked up and is limited to Paladins.

Requirements

A Horde Paladin of level 20 or higher.
Either Piloted or Self-play Remote, played on the PvE, PvP or RP ruleset.

Can an Alliance Paladin order it?

Not for now. In the game data the chain is Horde-side: Trevan Rol belongs to the Undercity and the quests are set at the Sepulcher in Silverpine Forest, so the order is for Horde Paladins until an Alliance route is confirmed in the live game.

Can the sword be traded or mailed?

No, it binds when picked up, so the quests must be done on the character that keeps it.
