Class identity	A rebellious scion of Welryn who escaped the Elders after forbidden experiments with the dark arts and came back when word reached her that Welryn had been conquered. Her three masteries cover blood and death magic (Lich), an undead army (Necromancer) and curses (Warlock).
Lich mastery	Mastery of an acolyte who has embraced the corruptive nature of her power: blood and death magic used even at the cost of her own health, stealing life and consuming the essence of the dead and the damned for strength.
Necromancer mastery	Mastery of a summoner who commands a forsaken army. Flesh, bone, blood and the lingering essence of the dead are her tools, and her dark creations swarm the enemy.
Warlock mastery	Added with patch 1.0 as the third Acolyte mastery: a master of forbidden magic who ruins enemies with curses plus necrotic and fire magic. Its mastery skill Chthonic Fissure opens a fissure that burns enemies and releases spirits that curse them.
Acolyte uniques new in Season 5	Devoured Knowledge adds mana scaling for Acolytes and ways to use mana defensively. Perilous Reflection sends Marrow Shards back for a second hit. Unbroken Legion is a helmet that doubles the maximum number of skeletons.
Level cap and passive points	The maximum character level is 100. Every level from 3 to 100 gives a passive point (98 in total) and 8 more health.
Dungeon first-clear quests	The first boss kill in Temporal Sanctum, Lightless Arbor and Soulfire Bastion each pays 2 passive points and unlocks 1 idol slot through a short quest. The alternate dungeon exits skip part of the campaign: 6 passive points and 3 idol slots in total.
