Patch 0.1.1 changed the minion Chaos Resistance line. Runemastering the Bone Raiment brings it to level 38 and costs 260 Verisium together with 1 Medved's Crest of the Circle. Arrangements happen in chat (live chat or Discord), delivery happens in game by trade, and your account password is never needed.
