Trephina is a two-hand mace on the Forge Maul base: 38-41 to 57-60 Physical Damage, 5% Critical Hit Chance, 1.16 to 1.21 attacks per second and 1.5 range. It needs level 11 and 23 Strength, and the base Crushes Enemies on Hit.

The unique adds 12-15 to 22-25 Physical Damage, 10 to 15% increased Attack Speed and Causes 30 to 50% increased Stun Buildup. It Always deals Critical Hits against Heavy Stunned Enemies. The Runeforged version is level 40 and takes 1 Medved's Crest of the Circle and 475 Verisium.
