What gold is spent on

Riding skill. Each upgrade costs 250 gold, once a day per character, up to 60 each in Speed, Stamina and Capacity. A full set is 180 upgrades, or 45,000 gold.
Housing. Inn rooms cost 3,000 gold each. Mathiisen Manor is 1,025,000 gold once the Auridon Adventurer achievement is earned, and Hakkvild's High Hall is 3,800,000 gold.
Scale. The 5,000,000 console maximum covers Hakkvild's High Hall, and the 100 million PC maximum is under 5% of the 2.1 billion a character can hold.

How mail delivery works

Delivery is by in-game mail only.
Gold sent by mail has no postage fee. It waits in your inbox for up to 30 days and then returns to the sender, so claim it promptly.
The inbox holds 72 messages, so clear space before the order starts.

Platform and server specifics

ESO megaservers are split by platform and region, and characters cannot move between them. Gold travels with the character, so choose the server where you play.
The six lists are PC EU, PC NA, PS EU, PS NA, Xbox EU and Xbox NA.
