Set bonuses

Two pieces add 8% skill efficiency and three pieces add 30% status effects.
With four pieces, Spontaneous Combustion gives each status effect you inflict a 40% chance to set the target on fire as well. An enemy that is already burning takes 25% more Burn damage for as long as the burn lasts.
The chest talent Flashpoint lifts the fire chance to 60%, and the backpack talent White Hot lengthens the Burn damage debuff by half.

Which skills pair with it?

Anything that applies status effects. The Firestarter Chem Launcher sets enemies on fire directly and Riot Foam ensnares them, and each effect applied gets its own chance to add Burn.

Is it a PvP set?

It works in both, but Ubisoft also tunes gear set values separately for PvP, so the PvE numbers above can differ there.

Which pieces carry Flashpoint and White Hot?

Flashpoint is the talent of the Blast-Resistant Plate chest and White Hot belongs to the Tank Carrier backpack.
