Set bonuses

Two pieces add 8% skill efficiency; three pieces add 60% repair skills.
The four-piece talent, Ortiz Rapid Application Nanite Prototype, trades the duration and range of healing skills for much higher healing efficiency. Anyone you heal with a skill also gets 30% hazard protection for 10 seconds, once per ally every 10 seconds.
The chest talent Overcharged Nanites raises the healing bonus, and the backpack talent Improved Dampeners shrinks the range and duration penalty.

Is the set for solo play?

It is built for groups. The talent protects allies with hazard protection and heals them efficiently, so a solo Agent gets less from it.

Which pieces carry the extra talents?

The Tech Plate chest carries Overcharged Nanites and the Nanite Carrier backpack carries Improved Dampeners.

How often can an ally get the hazard protection?

Once every 10 seconds per ally, so healing the same ally over and over does not refresh it.
