The Alliance Tabard is a plain faction tabard that exists only to show allegiance to the Alliance. Quartermaster Richter sells it in Exile's Reach, the level 1 to 10 starting island that arrived with Shadowlands patch 9.0.2. In Stormwind City the same Richter stocks expeditionary weapons and no tabard, so the island is where the purchase happens.

Where the tabard is sold
- Quartermaster Richter belongs to Captain Garrick's expedition, which was shipwrecked on Exile's Reach.
- Her Exile's Reach list has two entries, the Alliance Tabard and Tough Jerky.
- Characters of the regular races can begin on the island. Allied races, death knights, demon hunters and evokers do not start there.
- A player who rolls a fresh character can choose Exile's Reach instead of the race's regular starting zone.
What the order covers
