Cruciform Veinripper

Purchase the Cruciform Veinripper transmog boost to enrich your collection with this extraordinary Fist Weapon appearance!

The Cruciform Veinripper is a rare drop introduced in the Shadowlands expansion. It drops from Painsmith Raznal, one of the most infamous bosses inside the Sanctum of Domination raid. With an approximate 1.1% drop rate, farming this weapon can take months of repeated clears.

Our Cruciform Veinripper boost allows you to skip the grind. Instead of endlessly farming Sanctum of Domination each reset, our team takes care of the weekly clears until the weapon finally drops for your character.
