Deathsworn Shoulderguards

Purchase the Deathsworn Shoulderguards transmog boost from Onlyfarms and unlock this rare Shadowlands shoulder appearance without the grind!

The Deathsworn Shoulderguards is a coveted epic Shoulder transmog introduced in the Shadowlands expansion. This rare item has a drop chance of approximately 0.14–0.3% and is dropped by the final boss on Layer 13+ in Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Given the extremely low drop rate and the time investment required to access high layers consistently, acquiring this transmog can become a long and exhausting task.

Skip the grind and let Onlyfarms take care of the heavy lifting. Our professional boosters will farm Torghast Layer 13+ until the Deathsworn Shoulderguards drop — efficiently and securely.
