Lightning Storm Druid Build gives you a Druid levelled to 70 and geared around Lightning Storm, a Storm skill made of repeated lightning strikes. Its Omnibolt variant fuses those strikes into one large Lightning Bolt, while Hero of the Storm turns the skill into an aura that you switch on and off. Patch 3.2.1 also stopped Lightning Storm from being forced to land when the space is confined. Four tiers set how far the character goes, from Torment I to Torment XII.

How the build works

Storm skills can be cast in Human or Werewolf form; the build takes the Werewolf choice, and Ifeh's Dire Totem, first on its Mythic craft list, lets Grizzly Rage: Cornered Beast run in that form as well.
Since 3.2.1 Cornered Beast is built into Grizzly Rage with a bonus of up to 150%[x], and the Cornered Beast variant raises the cap to 200%[x]. Enough Cooldown Reduction keeps it running.
The Storm Shepherd's Call Set Charms turn spent Spirit into damage for Storm skills, and three pieces of the set give Cyclone Armor without a skill bar slot.
Hero of the Storm cannot be switched during Grizzly Rage, so it goes on before the Ultimate.
Glyph leveling starts with Earth and Sky and Fulminate.

What each tier adds

Every tier includes leveling from 1 to 70 and Legendary Aspects on the gear slots. From Torment IV (Paragon 150+) the lot adds Unique items, Greater Affixes, Masterworking, Paragon board and Glyph leveling and a Charm Set. Torment X (Paragon 225+) raises the Paragon target with the same package, and only Torment XII (Paragon 250+) adds Mythic items. You choose a Seasonal or Eternal realm. If your Druid is already 70, say so in chat. Once the order is paid, a manager goes over the details and the method with you in live chat or Discord before a booster is assigned.

Note: the lot includes Unique items from Torment IV, but it does not fix which specific Uniques the character receives.
