Flurry is a Rogue Core skill that strikes the enemies in front of you four times with dual-wielded blades. In Season 15 the build takes the Transporter variant, which makes Flurry a Mobility skill that dashes you to the target, so you jump from pack to pack instead of walking. Cold Imbuement rides on every hit and freezes what it touches. This lot builds a Flurry Rogue at Torment I (Paragon 50+), IV, X or XII (Paragon 250+), Seasonal or Eternal.

Why the build never walks

Transporter: each cast dashes you to the target, adds damage and grants a short Movement Speed bonus.
Deathmask of Nirmitruq: since patch 3.2.1 this Unique helm gives Flurry the Transporter variant for free, so the skill tree can take a second variant. It also removes Energy problems; Aspect of Mending Obscurity offsets the Life cost Flurry has with it.
Encircling Blades: the variant that hits all around you; patch 3.2.1 raised its damage.
Galvanized Slasher's Aspect: covers Energy before the helm drops, since Flurry counts as a Mobility skill.

Gear and where it struggles

Aspect of Frozen Memories and Aspect of Imitated Imbuement are the key Aspects, and the Blurring Blade Charm set adds damage plus free Dash charges. The Mythic order is Deathmask of Nirmitruq, Condemnation, Shrouded Gift and Fists of Fate. Flurry is a speed farmer with heavy crowd control. Boss damage is average: Mephisto, Lilith and Lair Bosses are hard to stagger, so some gear, such as Aspect of Frozen Memories, is swapped out for bossing.

Tiers you can order

Torment I (Paragon 50+) gives a Flurry Rogue leveled from 1 to 70 with Legendary Aspects in every slot. Torment IV (Paragon 150+) adds Unique items, Greater Affixes, Masterworking, leveled Glyphs and Paragon board, and a Charm Set from the Talisman, a Lord of Hatred feature. Torment X (Paragon 225+) lifts the Paragon level, and Torment XII (Paragon 250+) is the option with Mythic items.

Requirements

An active Diablo 4 account. Torment IV and above also need Lord of Hatred: the Charm Set belongs to its Talisman.

Not in this setup: Galvanized Slasher's Aspect covers it early, and Deathmask of Nirmitruq takes over once it drops.
