Blood Surge is a Necromancer Core Blood skill: it draws blood from nearby enemies, then expels a nova whose damage grows with each enemy drained. The Season 15 build revolves around Overpower: the reworked Red Blessing amulet makes Blood skills consume a stack of Overpower for a large damage boost, and Blood Orbs refill the stacks. This lot levels the Necromancer and builds that setup to the Torment tier you choose, on the Seasonal or Eternal realm.

How the Overpower loop runs

  • The Bloodbath upgrade makes each nova echo a second time after a short delay.
  • Bone Storm opens each pack for Critical Strike Chance and Attack Speed and eats corpses to last longer.
  • Skeletal Warriors make Blood Orbs and Vulnerable, Corpse Tendrils groups enemies, Bone Prison adds Attack Speed and Blood Mist gives Unstoppable.
  • Iron Maiden and Decrepify are applied by the Teb and Wat runes, and Tidal Aspect on the boots adds more Overpower.

The playstyle is close to one button, and the build is made for speedfarming dense content such as the Infernal Hordes.

Uniques and Mythics

Cruor's Embrace makes Blood Surge collect nearby Blood Orbs and fire smaller novas, and Blood Moon Breeches let your summons inflict Decrepify or Iron Maiden while raising Critical Strike Damage against cursed enemies. Juggernaut's Aspect on the chest adds toughness without any rotation. Ring of Starless Skies comes first among Mythics because it eases Essence costs, followed by Blood Moon Breeches, Cruor's Embrace and Leoric's Crown, with Crown of Lucion for extra damage.

Tier contents

Every tier includes leveling 1 to 70 and Legendary Aspects in the gear slots. Torment IV (Paragon 150+) adds Unique items, Greater Affixes, a charm set, Glyph and Paragon board leveling and masterworking; Torment XII (Paragon 250+) brings Mythic items. Torment I (Paragon 50+) is the start and Torment X (Paragon 225+) the step before the top tier. The order does not name specific Uniques. Once you have paid, a manager confirms the details in live chat or Discord, and we assign a booster.
