A Unique item carries a Unique Power that ordinary Legendary gear does not have, and many endgame setups are built around one or two of them. This section sells Uniques one item at a time, from long-standing pieces such as Dawnfire, Judicant's Glaivehelm, Argent Veil and Gate of the Red Dawn to the Legacy Uniques that joined the game in Season of Hell's Legacy. Each lot is one item, and its product page lists the item type, the classes that can use it and the options of the order.

How Uniques drop in Season 15
- Since patch 3.2.1 of 15 September 2026, every Unique can drop from level 1 and on any difficulty.
- Lair Bosses have their own Unique pools. A Boss Trophy from a Hoard can be converted in the Horadric Cube into a Unique of that boss, with a small chance that the result is a Mythic Unique.
- Some Uniques have no dedicated drop location. They come from random drops, or from converting a Common item of the right slot in the Horadric Cube.
- The new Season 15 Uniques drop from the Capstone dungeons of Baal, Mephisto and Diablo rather than from the Lair Boss system.
The nine Legacy Uniques
Season 15 introduced nine legacy Uniques based on relics of the older games. Blizzard calls them permanent additions, available on both Seasonal and Eternal realms.
- For every class: Leoric's Crown (helm), Nemesis Bracers (gloves) and Stone of Jordan (ring), together with one more all-class piece.
- Arioc's Needle: a two-handed polearm for Barbarian, Druid and Spiritborn.
- Henri's Perquisition: an offhand focus for Sorcerer, Necromancer and Warlock.
- In-Geom: a one-handed sword for Barbarian, Druid, Rogue, Necromancer, Paladin, Sorcerer and Warlock.
- The Furnace: a two-handed mace for Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin and Warlock.
- Messerschmidt's Reaver: a two-handed axe for Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin and Warlock.
Nemesis Bracers, Stone of Jordan, Arioc's Needle, Henri's Perquisition, In-Geom and The Furnace can also be crafted as Unique Charms, which belong to the Talisman and therefore to the Lord of Hatred expansion.
Boss Trophies of the Lair Bosses
Each Lair Boss Hoard drops its own Boss Trophy, the item that the Horadric Cube turns into a Unique of that boss: Malignant Heart from Varshan, Living Steel from Grigoire, Distilled Fear from the Beast in the Ice, Exquisite Blood from Lord Zir, Judicator's Mask from Urivar, Shard of Agony from Duriel, Pincushioned Doll from Andariel, Abhorrent Heart from Harbinger of Hatred and Fresh Meat from The Butcher. Blizzard's patch 3.2.1 also made Mythic Uniques from Initiate and Greater Lair Bosses, and those picked from Belial's Hoard, come only from that boss's own Unique pool, with a small chance of an off-pool Mythic from the extra loot the bosses drop.
An example pool: Echo of Varshan
A boss pool is arranged by class. Echo of Varshan, an Initiate Lair Boss that needs Torment I or higher and a finished Tree of Whispers, has the Barbarian Uniques 100,000 Steps and Overkill, the Druid Uniques Greatstaff of the Crone and Stone of Vehemen, the Necromancer's The Hand of Naz, the Paladin's Seal of the Second Trumpet and Wreath of Auric Laurel, and the Rogue's Death's Pavane, Eaglehorn and Pitfighter's Gull. Every one of them has its own lot in this section.
Uniques and their Mythic versions
Any Unique can drop as a Mythic Unique, and the Horadric Cube can upgrade a Unique to Mythic. A few items, the Iconic Mythics, exist only at Mythic quality. They have their own section, Mythic Items, and Season 15 added a Blacksmith cache that rolls only Iconic Mythics.
Trading Uniques
A Unique can be traded until it is Masterworked, Tempered or changed in the Horadric Cube. Mythic Uniques are always bound to the account.
Can every class use every Unique?
No. Each Unique lists the classes that can equip it. Arioc's Needle, for instance, is open to Barbarian, Druid and Spiritborn only.
Are the Legacy Uniques limited to Season 15?
No. Blizzard describes them as permanent additions to the game on both realms.
Where are the Mythic Uniques?
In the Mythic Items subsection of Gearing, together with the gear bundles that contain Mythic Uniques.
