The power of Judicant's Glaivehelm

A Lucky Hit effect gives Judicator Skills a chance, with a rolled maximum, to call down a Blessed Spear. The spear carries a Judgement mark and deals Judgement's damage when it lands. The helm carries a fixed skill rank for Justice Skills.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Judicant's Glaivehelm they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Justice Skills. It is class-locked: only the Paladin can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Judicant's Glaivehelm is part of the loot table of Lord Zir, a Lair Boss found at the Darkened Way, east of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks; the boss element type is Fire. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Paladin part of that table also lists Judgment of Auriel.
